Aurevia Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@aurevia.com.au to initiate a return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

    • The item is defective or damaged

    • You receive the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (opened beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@aurevia.com.au.
